Iron thinfilm on glass through thermal depos.: Bumps spotted on a normally homogenious surface after cleaning with Ace-Iso. Any suggestions why?

The bumps have a height of 350nm, whereas the other surface has 170nm. When I cleaned a similar sample with piranha-solution, I recieved no bumps whatsoever.
