Hi, I have encountered many Sigma inductive of Taft, Charton, etc.

I would like to know which one best represents the inductive effect and is most commonly used.

And on which Book\paper can I find them?

Does sigma(*) calculate by Taft and sigma(I) calculate by Robert and Moreland?

And sigma(*)X0.45 is sigma(')? I want to use F but I don't understand which sigma it utilizes.
