Does anyone have suggestions on how to grow Lactobacillus Reuteri in anaerobic conditions (no electron acceptors at all) in order to harvest the supernatant of fermentation products?

I'm looking specifically for the growth conditions i.e. on what substrate to grow the bacteria (preferably something that mimics a high fiber diet), for how long to grow in order to induce fermentation, and most importantly does anyone know of a simple assay I can do to verify that there's no electron acceptors in the growth medium

Thank you
