Thank you Dr. Firas the most problem for my protocol is the solubility of DNPH .For intramuscular injection is recommended to use as solvent a saline solution of 9 percent.

For my solution the DNPH is insoluble

You can but some complication may see like Anemia & Peritoneal infection or some interactions this will be notice by your experiment.
