Indexing in China and India academic journal databases?

Dear colleagues.

Would you be so kind to give us an advice?

Our problem is quite simple. We have a Russian-language scientific journal with good reputation. The journal covers the areas of basic medicine and biology (with the focus on inflammation). We would like to spread the indexing of our journal, probably via China’s and India’s indexing services.

Please tell us whom should we contact to receive the terms and conditions.
