I suggest the following journals:-
1-International journal of environmental science and technology(Iran).
2- Desalination and water treatment(USA).
Also the most favourable publishing companies are Springer and Elsevier.
Paid scientific journals usually have shorter response times than free ones. However, not all researchers have the financial resources to cover these expenses.
Firstly select the journal which are index by scopus and Web of science.
Secondaly, select those journal have shorter response time.
