In your opinion, can artificial intelligence go beyond human intelligence?
Thank you for the very interesting question. Think human intelligence exists in a continuum range whereby human beings are very diverse e.g. from people that use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to people that develop AI. Also each person has various levels in different types of intelligence like IQ, EQ, Spiritual Intelligence (SQ), Physical Intelligence (PQ), Resilience Quotient (RQ) etc. whereas today's AI is very specific / purpose oriented & focus predominantly on IQ development. All these making hard to compare apple to apple. But merely focusing on IQ & on specific purpose / task comparison, AI did defeat human intelligence as exemplified in chess playing (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deep_Blue_(chess_computer)) & Jeopardy! game show (https://www.techrepublic.com/article/ibm-watson-the-inside-story-of-how-the-jeopardy-winning-supercomputer-was-born-and-what-it-wants-to-do-next/) etc due to the software algorithm & hardware speed & capacity. Not sure what is the landscape of AI in future especially when AI is capable to further expand / cross into different intelligence areas encompassing other XQ by leveraging on today's machine learning, deep learning, self-learning, self-healing algorithm etc.
in this case what will be the form of life on earth?
Think it depends on many factors e.g. how human wants to leverage AI, govern AI, abuse AI etc.

No, since I think intelligence requires the existence of free will and that free will is an attribute of the immaterial mind or soul. Therefore, the advanced levels of input-output correlation in machines allegedly displaying "artificial intelligence" are not truly intelligence because the machines are not free actors.
For some tasks, it already has! If artifical intelligence can beat chess masters at a game of chess, we know that for some tasks, the answer can be yes. If the only way to predict the weather is to employ supercomputers, because we just can't do an adequate job manually, again you have shown that AI can beat human intelligence, at least for that task.
We invented computers to solve problems more effectively that we can. That's a start. Then, we have programmed computers to learn on their own, based on their own experiences. That's progress. Who is to say where this will lead?
This may happen when artificial intelligence (like some super super computer) can able to create and control other AI independently. Presently, it seems to be impossible, but nothing can be considered as certain.
In my opinion Artificial Intelligence (AI) is created by Human Intelligence (HI) and as long as the human being continues to develop his intelligence, he will never be overtaken by AI.
In case an IA-IH hybrid is reached, there could be a significant difference comparing only IA or IH.
I would like to live until then to withness it! Sounds scary!
AI will be able to beat us at everything by 2060, say experts!
Enjoy beating robots while you still can. There is a 50 per cent chance that machines will outperform humans in all tasks within 45 years, according to a survey of more than 350 artificial intelligence researchers.
AI will master many activities a lot sooner, though. Machines are predicted to be better than us at translating languages by 2024, writing high-school essays by 2026, driving a truck by 2027, working in retail by 2031, writing a bestselling book by 2049 and surgery by 2053. In fact, all human jobs will be automated within the next 120 years, say respondents...
In a world where AI will perform the majority of the work that needs to be done, what will occur with humans?
Will the poverty decrease? Will the wealth be distributed more equally among the people? Will finish the slavery around the world? Will there space for all these people to live in this world? Will the machines don't try to slave the humanity? Will there food for all people in the world?
Artificial intelligence cannot take a digestive link of the mind & the brain to take a right line of action .With the artificial intelligence they have to take calculate ,mobile ,computer & such other electronic devices .Human intelligence have no limit ,it can move far away to understand the right type of action for their programming plan for human intelligence are once again cite the example of shakuntala Devi who speed for calculation of any side remain much more faster than even our computer & as such human intelligence cannot be compared with any other measure .
