The appropriate model must therefore be able to express non-temporal constraints. Interval Petri nets are well suited for modeling quantitative constraints using the same concept of temporal constraint representation in a temporal RdP.
The problem of resource allocation is where the continuity of production is a common objective whose purpose is to define a procedure for orienting production. A RdP-based approach modeling the problem of resource allocation of multi-cycle systems is introduced and a development of the conceptual and theoretical framework. A proposal of heuristics and meta-heuristics to reduce the theoretical computational complexity will be developed.
