Employee engagement in organizations is more talked about than actually happens in a real sense.  Research reveals that the global average of highly engaged employees as per research is only 14%, with maximum being the highest at 40% and Japan being the lowest at 2%. Thus,  creating policies for promoting engagement and creating measures for knowing their impact is a challenging job. Can you suggest how precisely balanced score card can be used in creating measures and connecting them to organizational effectiveness in hypothetical situations?
