In what format should I download the Open-ephys files to open them with the Spike2 programme?

I will be logging with the Open-ephys system and will use the Spike2 programme to analyse the data. I don't know which of the options Open-ephys offers to save the files (Open ephys, Flat binary, NWB, KWIK) is the best option and if once downloaded I will be able to open them directly with Spike2 or if I will need to do some processing first.
