Salter-Harris type IV fractures had the high rate of growth disturbance at 64%. 

Anatomic reduction is very important. Interposition material and important specially in high energy trauma lesion of Salter Harris IV fractures.

Interposition material at the time of surgery to avoid bone bar most preferable are: cartilage as an interpositum to prevent bone bridge formation and also some authors recommended fat as an interposition material.
