I have designed a dual print dual cp antenna, identical patch on both side of the substrate (placed side by side), on analysis, it is found it is showing LHCP in one band and RHCP in another band. what would be the possible reason?
As I understand you mention there are different sense of CP polarization in two different bands? Theoretically this is possible if the phase difference between orthogonal currents changes from being 90 to -90 degrees. One particular example could be patch antennas that have orthogonal currents with different phase relations in the two bands. However, without the design itself it is really difficult to explain or even guess.
