In siderite and vivianite which one is ore protective in naturefor corrosion?

Vivianite and siderite are the corrosion produtcs and both are protective in nature. Which one is more protective in nature?

On steel or iron, both would be destructive. In iron ore, not sure. Vivianite is going to oxidize so that will likely form a patina.
