What I am surprised is that we Muslims know that urine is impure and forbidden to drink

Nothing is forbidden unless it is harmful

How can the urine of the camel heal?

Before it test to human, it must be test to animals first. And it will be better if we process the urine and only use the active compound to threat cancer. So we not use camel urine as a whole to cure cancer. Because urine has toxic components too. This is why urine must be removed from human and animals bodies.
