As we know there are Asian values were advocated by asian politicians in the recent past. Thus was a response to western accusations on human rights violations in Asian countries. But this idea of "Asian values" is about South-Eastern Asian countries like China, Indonesia and so on. As we now in Middle East (Countries involved in my research are: Iraq, Syria and Turkey) countries and their people have another cultural and historical aspects differing from Western values, which form their perceptions of Human Rights. I am searching opinions and literature on this topic.
for that Muslims have to do their home works on comparative studies and socio-cultural developments along side with the levels of economic and political development that directly or indirectly play role in shaping and reshaping HR situation. .
There is a literature that argues that Islamic concepts like consultation, consensus, the equality
of all men, the rule of law, justice, independent reasoning, and free will can be a basis for Islamic

There are a couple of declaration by states that could be interpreted as being the middle easterna values debate in human rights discourse. First, the 1990 Cairo Declaration. This Declaration looks like any other declaration on human rights, but with a few significant exceptions. For instance, that the man is the head of the family and nothing in the rights can oppose the Sharia. Similar content in what is called the Arab Charter on Human Rights. You can find both declarations on the internet.
The researchers has tough multi-tasks to do. The various declarations in Asia needed to be investigated.
First researcher needs to look at the Islamic perception of human rights in accordance with; the Universal Islamic Declaration of Human Rights, a document created by Islamic Councils in Paris and London 1981, Draft Charter on Human and People’s Rights in the Arab World, endorsed by the Arab Union of Lawyers in 1987. and The Cairo Declaration on Human Rights in Islam (CDHRI), a declaration of the member states of the Organisation of the Islamic Conference 1990.
Second, the view of Human rights according to South and East Asia countries, more interestingly; the extent to which China is bringing economic power to bear in other areas of the international system such as Human rights, the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN); ASEAN Human Rights Declaration 2012 . this will wider the researcher understanding before.
Finally, the tough task that the researchers has to face is to argue and convince audience that out of all of the above, Middle Eastern (Asian values) could be alternatives to Human Rights (if any).
I think we have now reached a stage where there is a Universal Declaration on Human Rights applicable to all nations across the globe.
