In general donor type OSCs are called p-type and acceptor type OSCs are called n-type. Also in literature p-type and n-type OSCs corresponds to which mobility is higher, if electron mobility is higher then it is said as n-type and vice versa. There is an another definition of p-type and n-type corresponding to facile injection barriers also.
