If you have all of this information (reactions are simulated) but not the rates and you can find the rate for any one, the others are roughly proportional to the partial derivatives of the Gibbs Free Energy (GFE) at the current location within the molar space. Think of reactions like this... the GFE is elevation and the mole fractions are latitude and longitude. The partial derivatives are the slope and form a vector. The reaction will naturally follow the downward slope (steepest descent) until it reaches a local minimum like a ball on a surface. The ball rolls slowly on flat surfaces and quickly on steep ones.
