I am studying the numerical analysis of FRP wrapping of rectangular masonry column. In the numerical analysis, which properties (Tensile strength and Modulus) of FRP should we used either properties of one ply FRP laminate or properties of dry fabric ?
You should the use properties of the FRP composite as bonded to the column.
Young's modulus, tensile strength and fracturing strain of FRP composite, while the thickness should be that of FRP fibre.

If all plies are the same, an are oriented in the same direction, you can divide by 3. Otherwise, you should have the properties for each layer individually.
The thickness of fibre is usually provided by the manufacturer or should be avilable if your refer to published papers. If you mean 3 ply of FRP composite, which includes resin thickness, then it is difficult to know the Fibre thickness precisely. However if you have fracture load, fracture strain, Young's modulus and your FRP composite behaves linearly, you may somehow predict the nominal thickness of 3 ply and then take 1/3 for each ply.
