Actually there were two parts to the question, one was the correlation between Young's and Storage modulus and the other was regarding the abrupt decrease and the increase in storage modulus with increasing filler percentage

Tensile data are known to suffer from much greater error compare to DMA analysis. It is very common to have 10-15% error in tensile data while in DMA, you should expect less than 5% error.

You need to understand that tensile and DMA apply force in different directions of a sample, in tensile test, force is applied in the longitudinal direction while in DMA, it is applied in the thickness direction. As a result, young modulus and storage modulus should be comparable if:

- you have an isotropic material

- you work in LVE region in DMA

- young modulus calculation is done based on the tangent of the stress-stress curve (some software use 2% rule which increases the error in the results)

Regarding your results for tensile test, analyzing tensile test based on the final values is not accurate, you need to consider:

- error values 

- inspect each sample and make sure sample breaks in the center region

-inspect the failure surface, make sure you dont have bubbles

- Do data sieving: after doing the measurements, calculate the average and average(+-) 2 times of standard deviation, then eliminate data out of this region and do the average again.

Generally for filled samples especially in the systems as yours where you should expect agglomeration, large standard deviation exists due to the poor dispersion and you need to take much precaution in data analysis
