As Prof. A. Eldenglawey replied you need to add IV graphs. Are you doing IV measurements using Keithley meter along with solar simulator? or manually?
Actually, IV graph of the solar cell is in 3rd quadrant. So what you are getting may be correct!?

This problem of getting the so called S-curve with low fill factor is because of the presence of relatively high nonlinear resistance in the solar cell due to the non ohmic metal semiconductor contacts and also because of the modulation of the active layer resistance with the incident light. As the colleagues said if you displayed your i-v curves one can make specific comments on them.
