In my experiments, gibbs free energy Delta G is decreasing with increase in temperature. What does it mean?
Renu,
If you mean that its negative value is decreasing, it means that the process is becoming more feasible at elevated temperatures!
Sir,
Delta G is at 18 C = -9.719 KJ/mol, 35 C= -7.963 KJ/mol and 53 C = - 4.015 KJ/mol and the obtained values of enthalpy and entropy both are negative. How i can explain this condition.?
Thank you
I could see the data, it indicates that spontaneity of the reaction decreases with increasing temp.
Best,
Thanks a lot.
