Use zero_bias Diode, it will be fed by the received RF signal.

Along with previous answers, here are the approaches I would follow

1. Solve S parameter of patch antenna (create circuit port/lumped port where you prefer to connect diode)

2. Using dynamic link connect your circuit module with solved S parameter of antenna.

3. You can tune your circuit to realize various condition from diode. Use push excitation feature graphically look at the E, H, J distribution for the full module.

Above approaches are for Ansys Electronics. For ADS or CST approaches should be similar.
