i have combine two alternative fuels they are mustered oil and Calophyllum inophyllum oil with 10%(5% mustered and 5% Calophyllum inophyllum oil ), 20%(10% mustered and 10% Calophyllum inophyllum oil ),40%(20% mustered and 20% Calophyllum inophyllum oil ) combination at 200 bar pressure and injection timing -23 degrees.
Smoke is related to how sooty the combustion can be which is directly related to the structure of the fuel i.e if it straight chained versus branched etc. Have you investigated the structural differences of your fuel with the ones you are comparing to.
