In DSC analysis, how does undercooling of an alloy change with increasing cooling rate?

Some papers claim the higher cooling rate, the bigger undercooling; however I found that higher cooling rate made smaller undercooling, meaning alloy starts freezing earlier than the case of low cooling rate, meanwhile the cooling peak was broader.
