routinely I wash the the surgical site with hypertonic saline

I inject hypertonic saline into the cyst and wait few minutes.

Cover the surgical bed with sponges soked with hypertonic saline and after the exvision wash the sirgical bed.

In surgical site: hypertonic saline, Oral: Albendazole 400 mg twice daily.

We washed with distilled water and dilute betadine for our case
