In case of Perovskite/Si tandem solar cells, why the IZO front contact resistivity (ρc) with Ag paste by screen printing is higher than ITO case?

I am trying to develop low contact resistivity with IZO at low temperature (

The main reason is that the silver paste designed for ITO is not compatible with the chemical and electrical properties of IZO, as well as factors such as carrier concentration, work function, and surface stability during heat treatment. To improve the contact between IZO and silver, it is recommended to modify the paste composition (such as glass materials) and optimize the sintering conditions to suit the properties of IZO.
