The results which I have obtained for % recovery decrease continuously and significantly with each cycle of loading, particularly for stress level 0.1 Kpa. So considering the average does not seem right. But, then I do not know what else should be done. Please suggest.

the problem u are facing generally occurs due to insufficient recovery time, i.e. the delayed elastic effect gets carried away into an unrecoverable viscous region causing a decrease in recovery percent but %recovery increases as the test moves forward. to address this problem try increasing the conventional recovery period of 9s by a few seconds and then see the difference in % recovery. but I don't think that u will observe a significant change in % recovery except in between the test cycles.
