It can be a result of multiple things. Kindly make sure you have provided the correct pathname of your folder (meant for docking) in the preferences option. Also, it may be possible that a grid file is not generated for this protein. Kindly make sure you use AutoGrid option first always before going ahead with AutoDock. Let me know it it helps. Thank You.
