In Arena, How can I stagger the same failure schedule for different resources?

Is there a way to stagger my failures of instruments? I have several resources and a failure associated with each. The failures are time based using an EXPO function, but it makes all of the resources go down at approximately the same time.

I would like them all to have around 4 or 5 days between failures, but not every instrument down on the 5th day. Any suggestions?
