Hello..We are conducting a systematic review-meta-analysis study examining the effect of music on the anxiety level of intensive care patients. In a study, two anxiety scale were used to measure anxiety; STAI and VAS-Anxiety. Should I include them in the meta-analysis as two different data? Or should I act according to the common scale in other studies?

In a meta analysis it is usually the number of patients that counts. The effects of treatment to one patient is usually represented only once in the analysis.

If the results obtained from the two scales would be different, then what should be done?
Use one or the other, but if you use both this will create the equivalent of a collinearity issue. The original paper probably has this issue if they used a multivariate analysis. If they didn't then the paper's conclusions are probably suspect.
