I have five objectives and five research questions in my thesis. However, two of my research questions are not testable, but three are. Can I have only three null hypotheses against five research questions or can I combine both null and alternate hypotheses to have up to five hypotheses to compliment the five research questions?
You can do anything, there are no rules. You can also test models of best fit :)

Yes, you may. It depend upon the objectives of your research. However, the limited as well as focused RQs and their hypotheses testing may aid in providing a good presentation (thesis) of your research.
It is not necessary to have hypothesis testing for all the research questions. There are some other possible ways to address the research questions. However, that depend on the type of research questions that you need to address.
