There are illegal but published values of human organ prices. Un some country you sleep in with every organ working and present, and you wake up with some missing organs. Ugly, right?
Anywhere where something is illegal, and there are people ready to pay, mafia and organised crime will squeeze in. People will be harmed because of this. The only sustainable remedy is to deprive mafia and organised crime of such potential revenue.
How?
By suppressing paying demand for organs!
How to suppress this demand?
By creating a free "marketplace" for organs which works and is not in undersupply.
This comes from encouraging people to donate their body parts if they die in accidents.
For blood it's easier. Many people give their blood. For 25 years I have given blood. Not you?
Selling blood? A good recipe for getting the wrong blood (quality control), maybe from pigs or chickens?
Remember the olive oil replaced by engine oil on Spain?
