As in 1-D analysis of ejector, we generally take isentropic correlations to calculate Mach no at various section of ejector. while doing the same when I take Mach no at Y-Y section(as shown in various research papers) Msy=1, it gives me negative mass flow rate from section nozzle. In order to run the ejector in sub-critical mode operation, we have to take Msy
may you sjow me your hand calculation in getting negative mass flow rate? the theory is straight Forward.

Not clear with the YY section you have mentioned.. I think the compression required area you can keep the Mach no higher (above 0.25). The inllet portion can be set with less value. The location where you need to compress the fluid there Mach number can be hiogher..
Also it would be better if yo can show the calculations made by you if possible..
