If one is not able to take regular mode of education, in that place distance mode is a milestone to have learning as per own suitable time and pace. It is low cost, less time consuming, can do with service or other profession. It is flexible, having printed SLM/ mass media /multimedia support. There is no distance between learner and learning. A few classes named as PCP are organized in a year to clear the doubt of learners. Assignments and feed back may be encouraged during teaching learning through postal service/electronic service.
