Hi, I'm a neuroscience guy but unfortunately I'm now stepping into the B-cell system.

We have plenty of experience playing around with the basic biocheminstry assays, but recently I'm testing the Immunoprecipitation with a receptor expressed in B cell, and unexpectedly we are suffering from the endogenous heavy and light chain in B cells for the antibody-immunoprecipitation.

I have tried to do a pre-incubation with the cell lysate with the Protein A beads before the antibody-IP but still couldn't get rid of it.

Does anyone have some  experience doing such kind of assays, or where could I find any applicable protocol dealing with this issue? Thanks!!

Fred
