I'm using currently multiple software for creating ML, MP and BI phylogenetic trees, How to make the bootstrap values represented on the tree figure ?

I'm using Mr. Bayes software for BI trees, RAxML for ML and PAUP4 for MP ones. In order order to make the phylogenetic trees reliable and informative, bootstrap values should be represented. In that context I'd like to know how to make it visible using these software

For Bayesian inference you have posterior probabilities instead of bootstrap values.

There should be a button to show bootstrap values/posterior probabilities in any tree visualisation software. Look for a button ''Branch labels'' and check the box in order to make the numbers visible.
