Can anyone help me to find some references on dielectric properties of a frozen sucrose solutions? I´m looking for dielectric constant and dielectric loss factor as function of the sugar concentration.
You can find some useful info in the attached paper.
Thanks Sergei. The paper is useful!
Prof. Sreenivas, may be this reference will be useful for you:

Dear Dr. Mauricio
So nice to come across someone working on such a sweet problem
in the area of dielectrics.
Just for mu curiosity, I only want to know something about frozen sugar solutions. What is the temperature at which they remain frozen.
K. Sreenivas
Dr. Sergei,
Thanks for the paper!
Dr. Marcos. Thanks for your help.
