This error can be caused by at least two factors: insufficient RAM or virtual memory (disk space). To solve this problem, you can try to simplify your model by generating coarser mesh (reduce the number of nodes and elements by adjusting element size and other mesh settings) and using symmetry if possible. If the coarse mesh model is solved successfully, you can try to allocate more memory or use another computer for the fine mesh calculation. Also, you can consider submodeling if available computational resources are limited.
