*Do Engineering management master need a research plan?
*I change from mechanical eng., so I need a help from you please.
*my master is held in Japan so you have an idea.
*Any suggestion for management fields, cuz its too much wide, and I’m a little bit confused which is better.I know that depends on me, but never mind asking for piece of advice!
*the thing is ,my other interested areas are, 1.either MBA but ppl told me its better after getting a job,
2.also Renewable Energy.

You'd need a research plan for a master's that requires a thesis, but you wouldn't necessarily need it right away upon commencing the program, if it's a program that involves both coursework and a thesis. Your thesis research might be a further development of work done for a course. Also, there are some entirely course-based (non-thesis) master's programs or similar professional after-degree programs.
