Does anyone know the source of this illustration?
Do you know of any other nice illustrations that clearly quantitatively/qualitatively show the impact of landscape changes, land cover and land use on ecosystem composition and biodiversity?
This is a very nice illustration that shows very clearly the effects of "simplifying" the landscape.

In many habitats and natural ecosystems, due to land conversion and deforestation, there have been many changes in the biodiversity of each habitat. Therefore, These changes will be have caused an increase in pests and even climate changes, etc.
These changes are primarily seen in areas due to lack of agricultural land, increase in population, non-use of technology in the optimal and principled use of land, and the use of chemical fertilizers that have destroyed and Decreased fertility in agricultural land, so these factors have caused conflict on natural ecosystems and observe such changes.
The illustrations are likely made by a person called Šimon Bryja and connected to the researcher Martin Šálek from the The Czech Academy of Sciences, Institute of Vertebrate Biology.
