An array of actions aimed at fighting IWT are being implemented in and across a number of countries. There is even inter-regional initiatives across 20 Asian and African countries. These agencies work hard in a collaborative manner to stem IWT. This said, the trade continues to thrive despite all the add work and effort by local communities, governments and international organizations. With engagement of governments, mutual legal assistance etc, why does IWT continuing to thrive? Is there something that we are not seeing?
