I usually follow coaching leadership style. This helps to groom my team members, improve skill, competency and knowledge of them. Eventually that improve the bottom line by implementing overall efficiency. On the other hand it.improve attrition rate as there is satisfaction related to acquiring and applying new skills.
In my opinion every types of leadership has its own benefits and drawbacks therefore, the best leadership is a person who can use the correct style base on the situation, regarding the individual's behavior and the dominated culture of the group.
