in my opinion, we are always afraid to make a mistake even though we know that we will learn from our mistake. We are afraid of some factors ! We are so afraid to make mistakes because we are afraid of being judged not only by people but also ourselves unconsciously.

Generally speaking, mistakes are the things we do which we did not intend to and they often result from an error or fault originated by wrong judgment, insufficient knowledge, or carelessness. Mistakes often lead to undesirable outcomes which can have devastating consequences in our lives. However, learning from mistakes Is easier said than done. Therefore, as you have rightly pointed out, we are generally afraid of making mistakes. Consequently, it is better to avoid mistakes in the first place, and in case we made one, it would be better to admit it and try to make up for it.
In spite of learning from mistakes ,but this case subjected us to bad situations we wish not face ,so that we can learn from others mistakes and trying not to fall in ourselves.
To err is human knowingly or unknowingly mistakes do happen .We are as human beings aware regarding our mistakes for which we do our rational approach we may try to avoid the same for the future .For which we remain careful to avoid any repetition of the mistake of the early nature.
With this due to our activities for our career , for our planned life ,for our family ,for our children , we make take certain action which may become a part of our mistakes .After competing such mistakes , our mind gets regretted & make our thinking process to avoid the process .
We feel afraid because even though we learn, there are costs. Sometimes, costs are very high and for some time, seems that we´ve paid more than we should. Just time and life experience will show us that it worth it. Sometimes, it really leads time. So, it´s like "pay now and get the product years later". as we are anxious and fear many things, this combination makes us fear to make mistakes.
Indeed making mistakes is human but we are afraid to make mistakes, because doing mistakes in our private, social or professional lives have severe consequences. Mistakes can throw a garden living into a hell living in some teaching stories.
Making mistakes...a lot...kills self confidence and rusts the wheel of exploration which give birth to creativity. Yet, sitting idle and wearing the cloth of fear for mistakes would make one achieve nothing. We need to put up measures to minimize errors/mistakes but should be courageous to move on when it comes our way.
Greatly appreciate your answers by Dr. Reza Biria , Dr. Shibabrata Pattanayak , Ali hadi Ghawi, Dr. Rohit M Parikh , You really enhance my point of view.
I think because the moment you make the mistake it hurts, but in the future when you look back you see that it was a lesson and you will not repeat it.
if u r not giving a damage somebody by your mistake, no need do afraid making mistake... we can learn many many facts from our mistakes unless damage somebody...
Speaking about myself, I hate making mistakes when they harm other people's feelings. I know I will eventually learn from my mistakes, but I hate to know that the lesson was learnt at the expense of someone.
Children are not afraid to fall short. They fail countless times at standing, walking, talking, riding a bicycle, tying shoelaces, and other important tasks. But they are resilient and never give up. They embrace failure and adapt until they achieve the desired result. Playing is a vital part of their lives. It leads to making (constructing) in a social world that values participation and that leads to knowing. Is it because they no longer play that adults are afraid to fail? After all, is play not the opposite of work.
Failure is something organizations shy away from. Instead of learning from failure in detail, adults profess they will never repeat that mistake again. Their fear is understandable: they are paid to succeed, not fail. Hence, errors can only reflect negatively on their intelligence, chipping away at self-confidence and self-esteem. And so, despite the occasional exhortation inviting mistakes—"If you're not making mistakes, you're not trying hard enough"—personnel knows that mistakes are more often punished than rewarded. As a result, many are reluctant to admit inadequacies, weaknesses, mistakes, and their distinct needs (everyone has different talents and learning styles) and take as few chances as possible. This inhibits individual and collective growth and leads to paralysis, procrastination, and purposelessness.
