If we do second fertilizing and watering on Eucalyptus spp., it’s possibly increase the pieces size? When effective time we do this activity?

Formerly we do second fertilizing of Eucalpytus spp. on 4 month, without watering. When I made a yield projection modelling of some sample, the pieces size is 0,08 m^3/tree. So, I have this idea to increase the pieces size.
