BiFeO3 is a ferroelectric and antiferromagnetic as mensioned in some published papers. My question about is there any possible to posses any material two ordered even in range of temperature. As I know ferroelectric have not two sites but anttiferoelectric have. If there a possible to find this material, how can change from ferroe to antiferro (change from one site to two sites)?
You could start with the famous article by N.A. Hill "Why Are There so Few Magnetic Ferroelectrics?" (http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/jp000114x). It contains both examples and basic theory.
If your FM and AF states are rather close in energy, the presence of defects could lead to local regions of one (eg FM) in a material with the other (eg AF) groundstate. Otherwise you can have materials like the MIL-47(V) MOF where you can imagine FM in short lengthscales (i.e. in the VO chains) but AF between the chains, leading to a global AF state. (e.g. Beilstein J. Nanotechnol. 5, 1738-1748 (2014) , doi: 10.3762/bjnano.5.184 )

Let me first state what I have understood from your question: You want to find a material which undergoes reversible ferroelectric to antiferroelectric phase transformation ?
Assuming I am correct. All antiferroelectric materials behave as ferroelectric materials under the influence of high intensity electric field. Thus, magnitude of electric field applied can be used to control the state of the material concerned. However, since this is a second order phase transformation, it is governed to a great extent by the application of external stimulus such as temperature and stress (http://dx.doi.org/10.1063/1.4892608). These can influence the onset of field driven phase change as rightfully stated by Ms. Volkova, stress driven phase change is also possible in some materials. However, if you are looking for a new antiferroelectric material altogether then the case would become very different.

If we find the material having these two order (Ferroelectric and antiferroelectric), so this has TN and Tc, after these temperatures the material must be paramagnetic. What about the range of temperature between TN and TC?
