Does anybody have access to, or know where one could source IF samples of the Galileo E1bc, or E5ab signals for a period of time, during which the satellite broadcasts nominal navigation message pages? Likely 60 seconds of data for one of these centre frequencies would be sufficient.
Dear James, you may try to contact Johan Furthner, DLR, Oberpfaffenhofen (). They have a 30 m dish, but I doubt, that they can receive more than 1 SV at the same time...

Much appreciated Wolfgang, as it happens, since I asked the question, the Galileo satellites, E11 and E12, began to transmit the full navigation message. It looks like the comming few months could be quite exciting.

I performed this record on the 4th of January 2013, and I don't know the Galileo satellites were transmitting the messages at this time.
I can also provide you 60s records of L1 and L5 signals if you are interested.

I will process these to see if they are broadcasting anything. Actually, this morning the E11 satellite passed overhead and I grabbed ten minutes of data, but don't seem to be able to pass parity. Tomorrow at noon all four will be visible so I will try again. I will update with the results.
Nice blog by the way, I enjoy finding new updates on Galileo, the ESA are very quiet about what is happening.
