Methacrylated Gelatin preparation take nearly 1week, and now the question is if we prepare it for yield of more grams in a single batch, it is good to preserve and use it. or What is the half life time of GelMA? Explain it is better to preserve it or freshly make before experiment?

J.W. Nichol et al. / Biomaterials 31 (2010) 5536e5544
I don´t see any inconvenience to manufacture more GelMa up to kg quantity as long as you preserve the material in lyophilized form and stored at -80°C, as previously mentioned by John.
