Reportedly, naïve lymphocytes are more radiosensitive than their memory counterparts, and effector memory cells are more resistant to naïve or central memory T cell subsets.
Reportedly, newborn peripheral T lymphocytes are more radiosensitive than adult peripheral T lymphocytes, suggesting that radiosensitivity also differs with age.
