Binding of drugs to protein occurs by electrostatic interactions, van der Waal forces and hydrogen bonding, if i denature serum proteins by Acetonitrile (ACN), can this treatment release 100% of bound drug (e.g, weak acid drug like Phenytoin which is 90% bound to albumin).
