On regression coefficient in GLM analysis using SPM for fMRI:

While extracting a regression coefficient (beta) associated with a variable from a single voxel using SPM then why do I get mean, and standard error if each voxel has a beta(s) associated with condition(s).

With parametric assumptions, one can have an analytic expression of the precision of the estimator of beta; it's a function of (whitened) design matrix, contrast vector and noise variance.
